Proper Burning Techniques
To ensure your soy candle burns evenly and cleanly, allow time for the melting wax to reach the edges of the candle vessel. This will prevent tunnelling of the wax. Always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting to allow a clean burning flame. This can be done with a wick cutter. Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Placement and Scent Throw
Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable items. Optimal placement will help distribute the scent effectively throughout your space for a pleasant ambiance.
Fire Safety and Maintenance
Always keep a close eye on your burning candle and never leave it unattended. Only burn your candle on a level fire resistant surface. Keep away from drafts and curtains. Regularly check the wick for any debris and trim as needed to prevent soot buildup and ensure a clean burn.
