At Wool and Wick, we believe a good candle shouldn’t be enjoyed just once. Our candle jars are designed to be reused. Instead of throwing them away, you can bring it back to us and have it cleaned, re-wicked, and refilled with your favourite scent — the same soy wax, the same premium fragrances, and the same care that goes into every candle we pour. Refills mean you don’t pay for the jar twice. You enjoy your favourite candle again at a lower price, while still receiving the same quality and burn performance you expect from Wool and Wick.

What is a Candle Refill?
A refill allows you to reuse your original Wool and Wick jar. We clean it, fit a new wick, and refill it with your chosen fragrance.
How Much Does It Cost
The price is approximately 15-20% less than the original sale price
What Jars Can Be Refilled?
Only original Wool and Wick jars can be refilled. For safety reasons, we cannot refill jars from other brands.
Do I Get a New Wick
Yes- every refill includes a brand-new eco-friendly wick
Do I Get to Choose the Scent?
Absolutely. You can choose from our current fragrance range. Seasonal scents may be limited.
How Long Does a Refill Take?
Refills are usually ready within 7-10 working days from drop-off or when the jars are received.
What Condition Does My Jar Need to Be In?
Jars must be clean, free from cracks or chips.
If your jar is not safe to refill, we'll let you know.
Can Refills be Posted?
Refills are best done in-store or via drop-off. If posting, jars must be securely packed. please message us first.
Do I Need to Pay Upfront and Are Refills Refundable?
Yes, payment is required at the time of ordering. Refills are non-refundable once poured as each one is made to order.
